To connect the top of a form to a plane defined by three points

Select (Modify Form).
Click Modify the Height of a Form icon.
From the Method option menu, select To Plane (3 Pts).
Enter 3 points to define a plane representing the new top of the form.
Identify the form to extend to the previously defined plane.
Accept your selection.
